  • Part time employees in these positions are responsible for assisting in organization, supervision, and implementation of After School Care for elementary or middle school aged youth in accordance with safety standards set forth by the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich between the hours 3:00-6:00pm Monday-Friday.

  • The organization is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and highly skilled part-time Database Manager with advanced expertise in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, optimizing database functionality, and supporting strategic fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Database Manager will serve as a core member of the development team and a key contributor to BGCG’s continued fundraising success.

  • The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of the Club’s fundraising and cultivation events. This part-time role is vital to advancing the Club’s mission by supporting fundraising goals and donor engagement strategies.

  • The Facilities Director is responsible for the maintenance, safety, and operations of a 60,000-square-foot clubhouse and a 77-acre outdoor summer day camp property. This role ensures that all facilities and grounds are safe, clean, and fully functional year-round to support the Boys & Girls Club’s programs, events, and rentals.

  • A lifeguard is responsible for supervision, control, and safety in and around the swimming pool during all programs. In addition, a lifeguard should possess a high degree of safety consciousness accompanied by a mature understanding that his/her primary objective should be the prevention of accidents.
